A strong Committee was elected who proceeded to

draw up satisfactory regulations for the management of the

Temple, and the orders placing the institution out of bounds

for the Harrison and the Police were cancelled at the end of

April.

The old lease of the site of the Temple has been

surrendered and instead of issuing a new lease a deed of appro-

priation in the form attached is being executed. Under this

deed no Trustees will be necessary and the management will be

vested in the Committee for the time being.
